Experienced with many types of closing situations: Rendezvous with borrowers in remote locations throughout Colorado (i.e. borrowers who are on the road, vacationing, etc.). I'll find them and get the closing completed. Loan documents can be laser printed, photocopies of IDs made, ... enabling me to be your 'title company on wheels'. |

I am available to do closings for borrowers who have obtained loan documents directly from their lender or from a title company, and require the services of a notary to notarize the required documents. The signing can be done at the borrower's home, place of work, or any other location of their choosing. |
